[ptx] selection of external progams under OSX

Hi Paul,

Basically enblend is a program that hugin uses when it stitches  
photos (Smooth function). It is developed and maintained by a  
separate project. Users can specify where it is, so that they can  
select for example new version of enblend instead of internal one.

In the current interface, when the preference says just "enblend"  
means it is automatic, and otherwise user customised. I argued it is  
not user friendly and suggested an alternative.
