Hmm, actually, Thomas Niemann has gone comercial and changed the format of
the PTLens database to a binary one to avoid having free programs like clens
and fulla compete with PTLens, and using his database.
He has however allowed me to use the old database from within the hugin
project (and probably clens as well). I'll upload it to the hugin site
I have uploaded the last working version I have on my computer to:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=77506&package_id=187932&release_id=410731
If somebody calibrates a camera/lens that is not in this database, please
send me calibration, so that I can update the database.
Maybe a special lens repository would be nice to have? any thoughts?
Rather than clens, its better to use fulla, because it is faster and
produces correct results when cropping the black borders.
However, currently you might have to compile fulla yourself, or wait for the
0.6 release.
ciao
