[ptx] New versions of PTmender and PTblender

I have just committed (to the developers CVS repo, expect changes to
propagate in the next day to the anonymous CVS) code for PTmender and
PTmender. 


The main changes are:

* Flattens image
* Support for JPG and PNG

The only feature not supported is feathering of the seams (expect that
in the next release).


PTblender will now support flattening and JPG generation (run it
without arguments for a description of its options).

The new versions are 0.4.0
