Thank you Richard,

For me too your tip of installing mono 1.1.8 and
removing 1.1.9 sorted things out.  Finally I can DO
something.

I also am having strange control point issues, such as
clumping and very few being used, but manual addition
of a few more works well.

I'm starting another thread re. other Hugin issue...
