Summary: Steps=0 in rotation search freezes hugin

Initial Comment:

The summary explains it all. The "Steps" parameter in
"Rotation Search" for "fine tuning" should be corced to
at least 1.

The label in the preference window should also be
renamed  from "Steps" to "Number of steps" for clarity.
