Hi Gerhard and thanks for your answer.
Working with sources I dont need the devel packages, they are included.
In the "enblend" list in sourceforge there was the solution:

Hello everybody !
I compile boost 1.33 from sources (very big source package and very long
time to compile !) and after > 20mn
and i have the same problem with enblend 2.3
"he does not find boost when I start ./configure"
on my system, boost path install is :
'/usr/local/include/boost-1_33/boost'
I create a symbolic link in '/usr/local/include' named boost
-> '/usr/local/include/boost-1_33/boost'
the command :
'ln -s /usr/local/include/boost-1_33/boost /usr/local/include/boost'
now, configure find boost !
et voila ...

I now have the "Hugin" with "enblend" working fine.
