[ptx] preview updates during incremental optimisation

Because the incremental optimisation doesn't use PTOptimizer, but calls
pano12.dll directly. After that PTOptimizer is used to optimize all images
globally. Between that some internal data structures are updated, which leads to
updates in the GUI.

This is a bug, and I'll fix it.
