Hmm, well there is more to it.

This will still consider any control points that link selected and 
unselected images. For example, if the unselected images are still at 
0,0,0 optimisation will not work as the user intended.

The new feature is that ONLY the images selected in the preview window
and the control points between them are used for optimisation.
Since this is a bit counterintuitive, it is disabled by default.

This feature is probably most useful if one image is known not to fit 
nicely, like top and bottom shot of a fisheye pano.
