[ptx] errors while stiching

when i press "stich" button, in console following error messages are 
displayed :

(hugin:2638): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid cast from 
`GtkScrolledWindow' to `GtkWindow'

(hugin:2638): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_window_set_transient_for: assertion 
`parent == NULL || GTK_IS_WINDOW (parent)' failed

this seems not to affect stiching process, but what could cause them ?
