The GPL is a contract between the author and anyone who wishes to
distribute the copyrighted work. It doesn't impose *any*
obligations on the copyright holder or users of the software.
The only person who can go to court and insist the license is upheld
and that sources are provided alongside binaries is the author
himself - Consequently Helmut could quite reasonably ask us to stop
distributing PTStitcher et al.
This is *one* of the reasons why a completely GPL alternative
toolchain, with sources available, has already been created for
manipulating panoramic images - You don't need PTStitcher.
