Summary: Usability Improvement: Add scroll bar to Control Point tabs

Initial Comment:
If you have many images in the panorama (20+ with my
screen size) the tabs in the Control Points become
cumbersome, because there is now way to switch e.g.
from the first images to the last one. You have to
press the left/right buttons but that *ALSO* changes
the selected picture which makes the process real
sloooooow.

If there are more images in the panorama than space
available for tabs, the UI should add a scroll bar so
that you can very fast scroll the visible tabs
*WITHOUT* changing the selected picture.
