Actually there is:

...though for hugin/nona users, this version of pano12 doesn't have
any interesting improvements or features.  If you have 2.7.0.6 or
later, this is good enough.

If you want to use PTStitcher instead of nona, then this has to be
found on one of the mirrors of Helmut Dersch's site, since it isn't
Open Source and so can't be hosted on sourceforge.

If you are going to use PTStitcher, there is no need to downgrade
the pano12 library at the same time, these should be 'binary
compatible', in fact recent versions of the library fix many
PTStitcher bugs.
