[ptx] nothing in tips window

Hi,

I've been trying hugin on MacOs X and it look pretty good. On OsX, the tip 
window (conseil du jour in french) does show tips. I recompiled the fc4 SRPM 
of Bruno Postle on mandriva2005 (because PLF package is behaving badly and is 
quite old). At a first look, it seems to work but the tip windows does not 
show any tips and is empty.
Is it normal? Does it happen the same thing with the fc4 rpm?

By the way I modify a little bit Bruno's spec in order to run hugin with 
wxGTK2.6 (with 2.4.2 it does not work)
