[ptx] wxwidgets 2.5?

While I don't know about windows since I am running Linux and it build just 
fine using wxGTK 2.5.3 which is the linux version of the wedget set.  I 
thought that the whole point behind this widget set was that the API would be 
exactly the same for all architectures.
