What version of mono are you using? What version of hugin? What version of 
autopano? Are you compiling from source? Are you using rpms? 

In order to troubleshoot your problem, more information is probably needed.

I'm running Suse 9.2(both on Intel x86 and AMD64) and everything is working 
fine here. I compiled pretty much everything from source with the exception 
of the autopano and mono packages.
