[ptx] Error while stitching big pictures

Hello,

i always have the the problem that hugin shows the message "No space for
data buffer at scanline -1" while Reading Histogram and sttitching the .tmp
files.
It always happens when the Width of the Picture is bigger then 10 000px.

But I have 1ghz Ram and 100gb free space on my HDD.
So what´s the matter?
