[ptx] autopano-sift 2.3 released.

Hello panorama enthusiasts,


I am pleased to announce a new release of autopano-sift, version 2.3.
This version synchronizes the native Windows GUI back to all features 
(it skipped the 2.2 release). **

Additionally, it includes bugfixes to three minor problems reported.

The detailed changes are:

autopano-sift 2.3, libsift 1.7
2005/04/09

   * Make the autopanog Gtk# GUI more usable by reducing its size. Suggested
     by Rob Park (rbpark at gmail dot com) and Jpok (jpok at freemail 
dot hu).
   * Fix autopano-complete.sh script for BSD systems.  Report and patch by
     Marco Molteni (molter at tin dot it), thanks!
   * Fix "BUG: less than three neighbours!" problem.  Reported by David 
Grant
     (david dot grant at telus dot net) and Paradoxa (para dot doxa at 
tiscali
     dot it).

   + Add refining step progress bar to autopanog GUI.
   + Add refining options and progress bar to the Win32 GUI.

** (On a personal note I would prefer having only one source base, as 
the Windows GUI version is a rather useless burden to maintain.  The 
only reason its there is that it reduces dependencies -  Gtk# 
specifically - for the average Windows user.  However, Windows GUI 
programming is quite ugly compared to my Gtk/Glade experience on Linux, 
and the Windows GUI is rather ugly/kludged now).
