[ptx] Pano12.dll

Idealy there would be an additional 'starter kit', that includes
- pano12.dll
- PTStitcher
- PTOptimizer
- enblend
- autopano
- autopano-sift
- panoglview
- etc.

That would be very simple and comfortable for both - starters and
upgraders.
I don't know, how much work it would be to maintain that additional kit
and if any parties agree with that?

I have no pano12.dll in windows/system32 (only inside the hugin folder)
and I think if one would be there, hugin would still use the one, that
is located in the hugin folder. So there should be no conflicts with
other tools (e.g. PTLens, PTGui, etc.)
