Once you do get hugin going you will need some other components from the 
original panorama tools. You can get this at  
http://www.path.unimelb.edu.au/~dersch/PanoTools.zip

There are some improvements to the pano12.dll file and you can get the 
latest at http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/panotools/Pano12.dll?download
