Summary: hugin marks "inherit" automatically

Initial Comment:
to reproduce: load the attached project, DO NOTHING,
and save it.

If you open the project before saving, you notice that
all image lines say:
... d0 e0 ...
If you open it in hugin and go to "camera and lens" tab
you notice the inherit options for "image center shift"
are checked (in project file it's set to NOT inherit),
if you save it the same lines in the project will now say:
... d=0 e=0 ...
Even though you didn't change anything in hugin in this
project.

Please test other inherit options for this bug.

On top of it if I select one of the images and uncheck
or check inherit image center shift, that option for
all images will change not only the selected one. This
is related to bug 1034656.
