[ptx] New HuginOSX build uploaded

[Ippei UKAI]

I'm having a time between lectures today, so I've just uploaded new OSX 
binary.
Changes are:
- the common changes in CVS
- some GUI improvements with XRC I have posted on this mailing list
- new Windows-like Enblend binary & autopano front end shell script 
chooser

Except the one line in codecmanager.cxx, and xrc files waiting for 
trying out on other operating systems, are committed to the CVS.
