[ptx] enblend on mac (OSX)

I've compiled enblend by myself with compressed tiff support.
It works from HuginOSX now!

Can I commit some changes to CVS? I added enblend chooser to 
nonaStitcherPanel like windows does. I found that I can connect CVS 
from the University wireless LAN.
