[ptx] keyed in values for hvof sometimes unexactly

Hi,

I struggled about a small misbehaviour.
I tried to stitch 6 cubefaces together using hugin and therefore I keyed
in the values for HVOF manually. Like you already know it is nessairy to
hit ENTER or click into another field to apply the values.

Keying in 90 for v in the camera and lens tab and hitting ENTER
afterwards is fine.
Keying in 90 and clicking into the crop factor field works fine as well.
But keying in 90 and clicking into the focal length field gives a
different result: hvof will be 90.0002 (proved by exporting a ptstitcher
script).

The bad thing: this is not visible to the user in hugin. The value in the
v-field stays at 90 - even if you click into the field.
