[ptx] New features in current hugin CVS

I get a build error (fedora1):

    make[3]: Entering directory `src/hugin/po'
    make[3]: *** No rule to make target `de/hugin.mo', needed by `apps.local'.  Stop.
    make[3]: Leaving directory `src/hugin/po'
    make[2]: *** [apps.nested] Error 1

I seem to remember this from before, I can get the build to proceed 
if I create the de/hugin.mo file:

    touch src/hugin/po/de/hugin.mo
