Hi there,
I am about to add a '--with-pano=DIR' which will allow you to specify a
directory for panotools, ie panotools will be installed in <dir>/include
and <dir>/lib, but it sounds like you have both the libs and the headers
in the same directory? If that is the case, is it common?
