[ptx] Gaps at 360-0 deg crossing

Hello Experts,
I have a very strange optimisation problem here and I hope somebody has
an idea to get it solved.

While optimising 6 fisheye images (8mm-Sigma at a crop 1.5 digital
camera, portrait orientation) I get 'black areas' in the final
complete image. The reason are gaps in the single distorted images at
the crossing from 360 to 0 deg. This is visible in the distorted single
tiffs or in the preview within hugin.
