[ptx] makedepend last about 10 to 15 minutes during building?

makedepend last about 10 to 15 minutes during building? is it normal?? (with 
100% CPU)
the processor is a dothan  1.5 GHz (~almost same speed (~10% longer) than an 
AMD 2400 concerning time compilation of hugin!)

when building rpm
