[ptx] autopano-sift on windows

Anyone have it working? Have any suggestions on which versions of mono
and gtk# are needed to get it working?

I've installed the mono Beta1 (.91), GTK+ binary, GTK-Sharp 0.18
binary but they don't seem to all see each other. Knowing just enough
of all of this, I've probably made a mess of things. Any clues on
where to start to get things working? Or should I start nosing around
the GTK# mailing lists?
