[ptx] new optimizer: updated version "PTools 2.7 RLbeta2" available

An updated version of pano12.dll and sources is now available on my web 
site http://www.janrik.net/ptools .

This was a very minor update.  It  fixes a bug in the interface between 
the optimizer and PTGui, PTAssembler, etc., that could appear if you 
were morphing and had horizontal/vertical/line controls with control 
points in different images.

Please update your copy if appropriate.
