[ptx] HUGIN/autopano/Enblend/suggestions

Hi Karsten,
a gui for enblend and even in german - great!
Till enblend is not implemented as a plugin in ptgui for me its a very
smart solution.
One suggestion it would be great to have the -v -o values as a default
to get more Feedback from the Dos-Window.
