[ptx] big panorama size - what to do?

Hi!

During the creation of my first panorama, I've run into the following
problems:

- The edges of the stiched images are dark
- I don't have any control what part of the images will be used
- Seams are very visible, I need postprocessing
- If the whole panorama is big (mine is 1 Gb PSD file), I cannot handle,
  and must scale down my images.

Can you tell me solutions to these problems?
