Done.

The anonymous CVS server seems to lag a day or so behind, so when it 
updates, anyone will be able to check-it-out like so:

  (When prompted for a password, hit the enter key)

  cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/hugin login
  cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/hugin co panoglview
