[ptx] how to build hugin (and vigra) with fftw3

I have never tried using fftw3, but I think it will fail, the API has changed as
far as I know.

Unfortunately, the latest hugin cvs needs a patched VIGRA, see the patch at
patches/*

After it has been applied, try again.

Maybe I haven't mentioned that in the README yet. My fault, sorry.
