Updated the patch again. Please test.

ChangeLog:
hugin can generate multilayered TIFFs which can have a
min x/y offset != 0, the code wasn't doing any coordinate
change, thus resulting in illegal memory access for these
TIFFs during image assembling.

New binaries have been uploaded for testing purpose:
http://ed.gomez.free.fr/vrac/enblend/

If someone could put a win32 compile of a patched enblend, so
Mike Runge could test it too. It'd be great.
