[ptx] lexical cast error (was: Finally hugin works on Redhat 7.3)

During runs with the external PTOptimizer but not the pairwise
optimiser.

With the pairwise optimiser I get a different error:

  ERROR: 16:07:24.755492 (../include/PT/PTOptimise.h:132)
  discover_vertex(): image 0: no optimized neighbour images

Neither seem to cause any problems, optimisation appears to be fine.
