Hi,
I'm having some problems compiling Hugin from CVS-source on Suse 9.1.
I've installed Vigra 1.2.0 from source. WxGTK, WxGTK-common and
WxGTK-xrc are RPM installations.see this list for more info :
wxGTK-xrc-2.4.2-0.fdr.1.rh90
wxGTK-2.4.2-0.fdr.1.rh90
wxGTK-devel-2.4.2.4-138
wxGTK-common-2.4.2-0.fdr.1.rh90
As you can see I have three Redhat 9.0 rpm's installed, because I
couldn't get it to work with the Suse ones. Suse doesn't offer WxGTK-xrc
rpm's.
Then there's Boost. (boost-1.31.0-31 is my current version).
Finally, FFTW is installed (fftw-2.1.3-1102 is my current version)
When I try to install one of the rpm snapshots of Hugin all seems to be
okay. But as soon as I start he program the opening image flashed
briefly. That's it. Nothing else happens.
As I start it from a terminal, I see a segmentation fault message right
before the program stops.
The I tried compiling Hugin myself from the CVS sources. But I get a lot
of errormessages when I run make.
Here are some examples :
cannot find -lhuginwxutils
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [nona_gui] Error 1
cannot find -lwx_gtk2-2.4
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [panoviewer] Error 1
cannot find -lvigra_impex
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [sift_keypoints] Error 1
What am I doing wrong here ?
I'm getting a bit desperate. Mostly because it worked fine on Suse 9.0
before.
Regards,
Edwin.
