Running wxp I stumbled across 2 bugs:
- The buttuns within the preview are still much too large. On a Display with
resolution of 1600x1200 I can only work with max. 19 images.
- Something has changed with adding files.
If I add multiple images and select them with MB1 on first image of the list
and then Shift MB1 on the last, the sequence in hugin is different.
Example:
08.05.2004 17:23 <DIR> .
08.05.2004 17:23 <DIR> ..
29.03.2004 21:51 2.299.345 20040327-190024.jpg
29.03.2004 21:51 2.260.184 20040327-190026.jpg
29.03.2004 21:51 2.265.228 20040327-190032.jpg
29.03.2004 21:51 2.261.604 20040327-190034.jpg
29.03.2004 21:51 2.283.060 20040327-190036.jpg
29.03.2004 21:51 2.235.108 20040327-190040.jpg
29.03.2004 21:51 2.268.073 20040327-190044.jpg
29.03.2004 21:52 2.232.710 20040327-190048.jpg
Sequence in Hugin images tab will be:
20040327-190048.jpg <- this one should be the last file in the list
20040327-190024.jpg
20040327-190026.jpg
20040327-190032.jpg
20040327-190034.jpg
20040327-190036.jpg
20040327-190040.jpg
20040327-190044.jpg
This was working fine till snapshot hugin_2004_03_25-08_41_win32.zip, so I
think this one was new together with the new preview. It's not a big deal,
but can be very confusing.
- Default values for lens parameters (a, b, c) are still 0. hugin does not
optimise these values until they are not edited to 0,01 or so. This was
already reported. I'm not sure, but I think this behavior is not new - it
just comes up due to the new defaults.
- There is still a problem loading files in several steps (with optimisation
in between). The later added images will appear as a set with a different
lens (even if the lens is identical). I haven't found a way to specify the
lens id with the ui - editing the pto-file and reloading works.
The new preview is unexpected fast and gives a good impression of the later
panorama - congrats.
best, mike
