[ptx] automatch - some progress picking control points

I've done some more tinkering with the automatch prototype for
generating control points.  It now (sort-of) reads hugin pto files
and tries to match as many images as possible - Including multi-row
panoramas:

Unfortunately, about a third of the points are completely bogus and
have to be deleted - Though I'm fairly sure that this is due to bugs
with the latest program logic and not the basic concept.
