[ptx] nona, gimp-2, TIFF_mask multilater tiff files

I just caught up on the bugzilla conversations between Pablo and Sven to
race support for nona's TIFF_mask output in the upcoming GIMP 2.0.

All I can say is WOW, and thanks so much to Pablo for putting so much
time and effort into it.  Getting patches in before 2.0 will ensure that
distributions such as Fedora or Mandrake or SuSE will have support.  Few
artist-types are willing or able to chase missing features so this is a
big win for the end user of GIMP and Hugin both.
