[ptx] Two messages about wxWindows

Hi,
  message one: wxWindows is changing its name ton wxWidgets now, more details can be found at http://www.wxwindows.org/name.htm, maybe we should also do some corresponding actions.
  message two: wxWidgets has released a development snapshot version 2.5.1. Julian Smart and his team (of course, add borland engineers) have continued improving wxWidgets. When version 2.5.2 is released, we can update hugin also.
