[ptx] pairwise optimisation

Hi!

I have finally written routines that allow hugin to call the
optimiser in pano12 directly. As a small test, I wrote a pairwise
optimizer, which starts from an anchor image and optimizes all neighbouring
images and so on.

This will become part of a auto optimiser in hugin. For testing purposes,
a separate program to do the pairwise optimisation exists.

I have used graph algorithms from boost (www.boost.org) for this. Its a
header only library, so its just needed for building the programs, not for
the final binaries.
