[ptx] how to do 'correct' 360 deg. panoramas?

Stefan,

it can be a bit tricky to optimize hfov together with a lot of other
parameters. The v parameter likes to converge to zero, what can be
mathematically correct, but without sense ;-)

For best results you may need to experiment with different optimisation
strategies like:
- first optimize p only
- then optimise p and v (or only v)
- then optimise y, r and the other parameters without optimizing p and v
again.
