[ptx] new windows snapshot with working autopano 1.03 support

Hi Pablo,
  question:
  o I add two images in the first screen, but the "Create Ctrl Points" button is disable.
  suggestions:
  o hugin starting speed is fast, maybe the splash creen is not necessary now.
  o maybe hugin needs a "tools" menu, and a "tools/plugin" menuitem for selecting external programs like autopano, and a "tools/options" menuitem for selecting helper programs like nona.
