[ptx] horizontal panoramas with hugin

When I make a horizontal panorama with hugin, I always get a large black 
left margin that is sometimes a third the width of the whole 
composition. Is there any way to get it to make more efficient use of 
the whole image?

I'm using hugin to generate panoramas for ReSoft's WindFarm wind energy
