[ptx] enblend 1.0; blending error; source image generation

are you sure? which version of panotools are you using?

TIFF_m works fine for me (actually, nona will produce compatible output in
the next version.) "TIFF_mask" will do as its name suggests and produce
images with the unwanted blending masks.
