windows compilation

Hmm,

I'm not sure if my last mail went to Pablo only or the list as well?!

Actual tarball (hugin-20030929.tar.gz) compiles without errors as well, if
pano12.ddl is in hugin/src and if all header files of pano tools are in
hugin/src/unclude/pano12.

I did:
- adding 3 images
- setting controlpoints (with auto fine-tune ON)
- Optimizing
- prewiew
- stitching

hugin worked well, the result was due to not really exact controlpoints not
really good. 
- temp dir c: wasn't found
- preview flickers very much. It just stands still for half a second after
releasing the update button.
- hugin chrashes when using up/down button to select reference image. Keyin
value works, but is not stored (is it used?!) inj project data.
- calculating view of fields works surprisingly well with single row panos -
