windows compilation

Hi!

I've added a makefile to compile hugin on windows. wxwindows needes to
be build with the makefile approach. a detailed description can
be found in windows_compile.txt

Compilation should work, optimization & stitching need a few more things
(for example a preferences dialog to specify PTOptimizer and
PTStitcher).
