Values for horizontal/vertical field of view only accepted under limited conditions

Keyin in values for horizontal/vertical field of view shows another derivate
of the known "Keyin values need to be dismissed followed be 'Enter'".

Values keyed in are not used by Preview (or stitcher?) as long as you havn't
used the up/down buttons beneath the keyin field. Pressing 'Enter' doesn't
help for this fields. You can keyin the value of your choice and pick once
the up/down buttons and it will work like expected. 

To help control if the value is accepted have a close look on heigth value of
the output format. If this one changes (is calculated new by hugin) your
value is accepted and will be used for Preview or Stitcher.
