hugin updates

Hi,

I committed some new stuff and fixes to hugin:

- new icons
- previewpanel got a toolbar, with some operations
- removed edit/cut/paste from main toolbar
- no crash when adding a lot of images (usage of char string[128] is
  evil)
- new formulas for vfov/height calculation, better but still not
  perfect for very tall images.
- other smaller bugs I stumbled upon.

Pit, no distortion correction in the preview right now. the panotools
MakePano functions paints some artefacts outside of the remapped image,
have to fix it somehow, or implement my own remapping.
