I privately replied to dangelo at sf.net but should also note that I'm
getting failed assertions in the preview panel code, on pretty much any
recalculation of overall field of view.
Otherwise, the speed updates are like night and day. In only ten
minutes of control-point clicking, I had a subpixel-accurate six-image
handheld mosaic. I could really guide my work with the preview panel
effectively.
